::While Quito is full of great food, the fact that Fabiolita have been in the same location for 3 generations (since 1965) is a testament to the quality and service. They even craft their own beer! When in Quito, you must stop by.

::We stumbled upon this restaurant and decided to stop in for a drink. We ended up having their delicious craft beer that they make in house and a sandwich. Everything was delicious and they made us feel right at home. The view from the cafe tables is amazing and great people watching. One of the owners came out to talk with us and explained that his family has owned it since 1965. Definitely don’t miss this spot when visiting the old town!

::Fantastic meal. Large variety of dishes specifically for vegetarians. Dishes are large fresh and delicious. Great service and very reasonable prices make this a good choice for a quick or lengthy delicious meal.
