::Terrible service and customer experience. I have not received an update on my shipment for the past 4 days and no one in customer service is able to provide me with an answer to where the package is, when it will arrive, or even confirm it has not been lost. Once they have your money they stop caring for their customers well-being. Better go with DHL or even Correos del Ecuador.
