  If they improved the soap and shampoo they would not have 98, but a 100/100 mark. Love it. Comfortable, beautiful and all its SPECTACULAR staff. Highly recommended.

  BEST PLACE TO STAY AT IN CUENCA!! Clean, friendly, family oriented and best of all the breakfast is included. WiFi is good and the convenience of being close to everything is such a plus

  Excellent service and very cool historic building in Cuenca. Very highly recommended if you are ever visiting. Breakfast is delicious and included in your stay.
