  An old hotel but with very good service in the center of the city of Cuenca with a good price and a good breakfast there are different rooms and prices but the decoration of the house is very nice inside and it is very well located to walk to the city . Highly recommended if you go to Cuenca you can stay here

  The location is very good .. the man at the reception is very friendly. But from the stay we had it seems that the hotel is in decline. There is no TELEVISION, the smells and noises of the pizzeria creep in and the truth is quite uncomfortable. I hope they can solve it because the hotel is very nice and very well located.

  Completely poor, no tv no working hair drier in my room and on top of that when I decided I wanted to go and smoke my night cigarette I was told I should be in my room with my kids by a hotel employee, terrible service do not book
