  The confirmation email from the hotel stated that our room had a spa bath. On arrival in the evening the room were were allocated a room without a spa bath. We went down to reception and was greeted by some pretty rude staff. One of which said ‘they wouldn’t understand’ and walked away (We speak Spanish so did understand). After some back and forth we were moved to a room with a spa bath although the tap didn’t work, we went down to reception and again met with a rude response, this time the lady on reception laughed at us after stating the tap didn’t work. We were told to fill the bath up using the shower! On top of all of this there was no hot water, bad WiFi and the restaurant was closed at 19:30 despite a sign in the room saying it was open until 22:00

  Average Hotel. Rooms are decent but hot water was an issue. Lunch and dinner was not available and breakfast was very average. However for the staff the rating is 5. All the staff from receotion to house keeping and bell buoy were very helpful.

  Expensive and the staff was not friendly. The rooms were clean and ok. The a/c is loud.
