  currently renovating & will have an elevator, good size rooms, superb staff Gabi & Catherine went out of there way to make us comfortable. Various types of bedding accommodation, heated pool & jaccuzi, sauna room, pool table on 3rd fl. Excellent hot breakfast

  Too much noise, kind of dirty place, the carpet and the bathroom specially, the front desk attention is not the best, breakfast just fair...

  Good location in the center of town. Parking is very tight. We were moved twice due to bad rooms. There is a chill or a draft running through the hotel. The architecture of the hotel is beautiful and the rooms we're ok but the bathrooms were awful. The pools and sauna were a nice touch, but you had to give the receptionist a 45 minute advance notice so they can turn them on.

  Great place to stay in Cuenca. Close to everything in the historical center
