  Bathroom are so bad, doesn't drain

  Fair price and a good view at the top floors. I had a good room for cheap and the beds were comfy. Service was good and the location is within walking distance within pretty much everything you need. Close to malecon too. About a ten minute walk.

  I booked a room through an app but they say they cant see app reservations, that people can only pay cash or with a credit card on site with the recepcionist. I asked them if they have an application or a program where they can look at a payment history for their clients and the recepcionist said she doesnt have anything likt that, that everything is kept on hand written records which I find very hard to believe, finally had to cancel the reservation I made on the app and paid cash to stay and the room had a leakeage from the base of the toilet and from the ceiling, i asked the recepcionist , named VIviana to acomodate me in a different room but she lied to me saying that there were no more rooms available, so I waited and asked the recepcionist from the other shift and he offered like 5 different rooms to switch to. In short, the recepcionist VIviana was very unhelpful and a liar, not staying here ever again!

  Very comfy bed, no noise at night, Internet very slow, hotel a bit run down, very close to 9th of October street which is main st. of downtown guayaquil

  Accomadatlng...Central to everything. I ACTUALLY loved the locación. I just suggest buying meals separately as they are cheaper @ $3 per person vs. $5 PP included at booking.
