  No hot shower, sometimes even no water in the bathroom at all (in my case three nights in a row!). Rooms are large but the only furniture are beds and couple of stools, you have to keep all bags on the floor. Though, the staff (speaking only Spanish) is very friendly and willing to help. The location and overall venue is beautiful, however please be prepared it is far from the city, there is really nothing nearby (no shop, no pharmacy, no kiosk, etc.). It is better to ensure in advance you have no urgent needs. Sockets are of American type only, but the staff provided me a large adaptor with all connector types.

  Quaint place with very nice garden setting slightly outside the bustle of baños itself with great access to some beautiful waterfalls. Highly recommended!

  This hotel is even better than on photographs. One of the most memorable hotels of all our travels. Lots of attention to detail, made with love. It is under active volcano that we could see from our balcony. Clean property, helpful friendly staff. Great location on the way to swings, flight of the condor, luna volcano spa, bellavista viewpoint. Only $2 taxi to get to city center. Highly recommended!

  Great place! Amazing building. Eco friendly. We were 18 people and were able to stay in two of the largest rooms, which are like small apartments. So we got “the apartment” with 4 rooms (each room inside has two beds and a private bathroom). The othe “apartment” had three bedrooms. Very clean and private. And because we got these big suites each person cost about $20 a night... not bad at all.
