  We stayed 4 nights at our own expense, then 2 courtesy of Silversea (before a Galapagos cruise). We booked a Corner Room with Balcony and was concerned they wouldn't let us stay in the same room for the last 2 nights, but there was no question - of course you can! All the staff were wonderful, the breakfast buffet was good and La Hacienda and Kaori Sushi Bar were first class. Laundry service was great and the door staff made sure you were well informed about security issues when venturing out onto the streets. We would return in a heartbeat...

  Fabulous property with a great staff. Especially notable the fresh roses everywhere in common areas and each room. Loved the atmosphere here.

  Great service. Felt safe during covid. Staff exceptional. I have sent many of my guest s here on their layover to Galapagos. Always a good report.

  The view could have been better - looking down into lobby but room was big and clean, and free (used points). El Hacienda, Argentine Steakhouse was superb. Had the beef tenderloin and it was perfect. 👌 The main sights are a bit of a hike away but taxis are cheap alternative.

  This should be the standard of how hotels should be run. Everyone who works here is amazing, knowledgeable and very helpful. From the front desk, to housekeepers, to the waiters. They have 3 restaurants which are really good. The breakfast is delicious and the food is fresh. The rooms are spacious and housekeeping cleans the rooms twice a day (which is awesome!!). Everything is super clean. Staying here definitely made our trip to Quito special.
