  Terrible attention, terrible service. Here they do not mind keeping an elderly woman waiting for oxygen. It took them 4 hours to attend an appointment scheduled at 2 pm without caring about the woman's condition.

  Poor attendance, assistants who do not solve problems, I had an appointment scheduled but it did not matter, they attended me 1 hour later. Seniors in endless lines for a visual test. A complete lack of respect for people's time. Terrible customer service. 05/31/2021
