::Very good customer service...the entire staff was helpful with bags, check in, directions, and greeting us at the hotel entrance every time we returned to the hotel. The rooms are suites with kitchenettes, large sitting area, separate bedroom that leads to the bathroom and walk in closet. Highly recommend this hotel to others, and hope to stay here again.

::We had a great experience here with our kids. The staff is very attentive and friendly. Its walking distance to lots of places to eat and the botanical gardens which are beautiful. We’ll definitely be going back.
