  I was not planning on writing a review because the experience was really just below average but the ridiculousness just kept happening so here I am. The Good: The cleaning ladies and the office staff were always very attentive and nice. I also love the ladies that worked in the Spa. The bad: The restaurant staff is extremely rude. In the mornings they would not allow me to have a cup of coffee until 7:30 am and literally would lock the door when they saw me coming to try and get some coffee. The internet is really slow. If you are in Banos like I am doing the digital nomad thing, this is a terrible place to try and work because they lock the only place with chairs. I was planning on staying here one month and instead will be packing my things for a new hotel after 3 days. For the price, you should be able to find much better.

  Great experience. I never thought I would get the resort vibe in Ecuador but this resort definitely is pushing the limits on what great customer experience should be. Costly but worth it.

  It is a beautiful place to spend family time. Surrounded of pure nature with one of the best views of the Baños town. I gave them 4 stars because my wife suffered and accident inside the hotel due to power less during the night, the entire place was dark and my wife fell causi of it, and we explained the situation to the people that work there and the did not do nothing about it.
