  The only mobile operator that has good service within the entire customer experience, HOWEVER be careful with extra charges from short numbers or adds that come as notification in your mobile.

  The Movistar office always has at least two representatives who are fluent in English. Sometimes there is a wait for an English speaking rep, however it is understandable since this is a very busy office.
