::Because of the nice room with view on the ocean I give 2 stars. Otherwise the complete hotel is getting old , neglected, poorly cleaned(also tables, chairs and floors in restaurant), a lot of renovation to do at the building and also in the rooms. Worst of all is the food. After travelling for a month in Ecuador, from Otovalo to Alausi, this is really the worst food and presentation we had. Even in Quito, a menu for 4 $ is tastier and better served ! I hope people on WE and holidays are better served than we, being the only clients in low season . Besides that, Roger is really a nice guy, trying to do his best, and this all is not his fault.
