  Incredible, personalized, safe, secure, comfortable. Santiago is great - he'll get you wherever you want to go when you want to go there for a good price, with a driver so the hotel is great if you want to see places like Cotopaxi and Mindo but don't want to be stuck on a tour bus. They really work to meet the needs of guests and to ensure they are always happy. A little gem in paradise.

  The owner and staff were amazing. Great at setting up personal tours. They quite literally made our stay in Quito so amazing. Highly advise this place for tourist, and they also speak English.

  Very nice and spacious rooms and bathroom with refrigerator, microwave and kitchenettes for guest convenience .Breakfast is included. You can do your laundry for an additional charge per load. They will arrange taxis if you need. We are family of 3 stayed here 5 nights. Very comfortable place. Staff was very helping.

  We stayed here for six night. Our room was very nice and comfy. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was fantastic. We enjoyed our time here greatly. We would stay here again.

  Wonderful hotel with congenial staff. Owners are very helpful and accommodating!
