  Modern, spacious facilities, clean areas, good signage, with paid parking. 3 elevators and emergency stairs enabled during the pandemic.

  Good infrastructure, has optician, pharmacy Fybeca, ATM Banred of Banco Pichincha, has ample parkeadero and good doctors, definitely recommended
