  Close to the Airport and great for the late night arrival. The beds are very clean and cozy, there's a pool and gym. Cost with breakfast is about $125. The dining area is currently being remodeled, however they have a hospitality room with breakfast options. The fresh fruit trays are outstanding, it's self serve, and masks are required throughout in hotel.

  I would say the hotel is a nice facility, yet i was quite hesitant to give it 3 or less but i think they are trying to improve. So this is my review of a business stay with an event held in the same hotel: 1- staff is friendly, but if you are not a Spanish speaker "like me" you will have hard time communicating with most of the staff. 2- rooms are clean, yet as a 4 stars hotel, it lacks a few amenities. And remember, communication is not easy to ask for what's missing. 3- I would say most of the front desk team "if not all" are rookies! Not well trained or lacking basics of common sense... they knocked my door at 10pm to charge my card for a laundry service while I'm having a 2,000$ event and couldn't wait till morning 🙃! 4- food quality is V good, but also if you have food restrictions, it will be hard to communicate as almost no English in this 4 stars hotel!!!. 5- I stayed in 2 different rooms, the size is decent but it has a major flaw in its lighting design.. all the room's light is one single switch, so it is either as bright as a stadium or pitch black! There is no separate switch for night light. 6- with a price tag comparable to the sheraton across the street, I would expect a better service level, specially that they are positioning themselves in that category! I think management needs to spend more on training and hiring more experienced staff with better communication abilities. With all the above comments, i would still recommend the hotel and if i come again to Guayaquil, it will still be considered.

  Beautiful hotel in a great location! The entire staff was wonderful! Carlos went above and beyond to make sure everything was exceptional. We highly recommend this very reasonable hotel for your stay in Guayaquil.

  It's a well located hotel. Recently changed It's management and it seems it was for better. It's 3 minutes away by car from Guayaquil's Airport. The hotel has almost everything around it. A huge shopping mall, convention center, offices, hospital and much more.
