  I will only comment on the Banco Amazonas which is located on Av. Francisco de Orellana. Unfortunately not all staff are properly trained. Today I approached and received different information from 3 people with a single request. He went from one place to another, asking if it is the first time they have had this type of requirement because he did not understand the lack of effectiveness, to which they replied "No, it is not the first time." I just ask the staff for a little more training and that there is only one information.
