  Not happy! If your from the USA you can’t withdraw money, or make any transactions, I have a business account and I left with no resolution to my problems because the only handle local accounts. It’s like this is not a Citibank whatsoever. I would give it 0 stars if I could. The staff also seem clueless, and no it’s not a language barrier, I fully Bilingual...

  They attend via mail partially, by telephone the communication is terrible, in null person because it remains closed.

  On its page it indicates that it is open Saturday ... Today I approached its only office in the city of gye and it was closed, please publish correct information and do not waste time for users.
