  I give 1 star because it does not let me write but I value it. We sent a Power of Attorney from Madrid from the Consulate to my Mother, to open a Savings Account in Our name, the Power of Attorney to Guayawuil. What they called in 4 days MEMTIRA ... Now they approve the Opening but they ask her for a Receipt of Light or Water hahahaha, when she is only opening it to Our Name ... We have the Receipt but it has to be hers even if it is not the Owner ..... My God, how much Ineptitude PESIMO PESIMO BANCO
