  It is my own branch so I speak with knowledge of the facts. Much remains to say that employees are trained to serve the customer. I am not talking about everyone else at higher levels, not managerial, it seems that the client is a slave of the bank and not the bank that works for the client. Already having difficulties obtaining bank services for a couple of years. Today, I don't just put one star; because I was treated for the manager and the treatment was totally different. At least this time it seemed that they were listening and responding to my requests and unknowns. She alone got a star for the branch. I hope in my next visits to be able to increase the stars.
