  Very poor customer service. I checked in and 5 mins later i had to leave due to an emergency. They failed to explain their cancellation policy and no refund was given. The next morning i called to speak with the manager who was not on site until 2pm. They promised to give a call back but im still waiting for a call that never happened. Very unfortunate to have to experiece this issues in a foreign country when all you expect is quite the opposite.

  It's a very clean and cozy hotel. The service was top notch. The hotel's personnel was pretty well mannered.

  Great service for reasonable price! Restaurant will satisfy all your wishes with delicious variety of meals from traditional ecuadorian cuisine to European cookery. Recommend!!
