::Flat Out The Best Gym I've Found In South America. Great selection of equipment except that there's no dip rack. Spacious free weight area. Friendly clientele. $6 for a day pass. Well laid out. Somebody knew what they were doing with this place.

::The best gym to go to in Quito. Great rates, friendly people, lots of machines, and good trainers. I used to go a lot for the spinning classes as well and they were also top notch.
