  Flat Out The Best Gym I've Found In South America. Great selection of equipment except that there's no dip rack. Spacious free weight area. Friendly clientele. $6 for a day pass. Well laid out. Somebody knew what they were doing with this place.

  If you are near Plaza Foch this is one of the best GYM's you can go.

  The best gym to go to in Quito. Great rates, friendly people, lots of machines, and good trainers. I used to go a lot for the spinning classes as well and they were also top notch.
