  It is fine but they should not make you remove the mask at least if they want to make them do it on the outside before you enter

  Horrible experience. I wanted to update my account data. I went to the bank to check the requirements to do the update and they informed me that I should deliver some copies (at no time did they indicate that the copies should be in color), I go back to the bank to try to do the update and now the cashier indicates that the copies must be in color. For what reason they just don't deliver the information correctly to the customer, plus there was no provision to help. They just didn't mind wasting my time. Sincerely BAD SERVICE !!!!!!!
