  Apartment very well located and spacious. The kitchen is well equipped. The welcome is very friendly. Good value for money ! When we came the shower had not been properly cleaned (quite a bit of hair present) but otherwise the rest of the apartment was clean.

  Friendly and welcoming attention. The room is more of a mini-apartment. It has TV (Netflix), refrigerator, air conditioning, microwave, gas stove, blender, rice cooker, dishes, table, hot water. Unbeatable location for both merchants and tourists. The cost is reasonable for what one will save on food by being able to cook in the room.

  Very good accomodation and great value for money option In Guayaquil. Stayed 2 nights, November 2019 Rooms are big and clean. Good beds and linen. Excellent hot water in shower. Good AC Good WIFI connection. Excellent location, walking distance to cafes and bars and malecon. Great kitchen with good appliance & cooking utensils. Good central place to stay, Roberto very helpful and good English skills. Would stay again, thanks guys. Bruce & Margo.

  Clean, affordable, and comfortable. The honor is amazing guy. The honor’s son speaks very good English.

  Really good attention. Beautiful rooms with brand new TV, fridge, microwave, beds and eating equipment. Also great location near all the best attractions.
