  Lovely view of the park and cathedral from certain rooms. Beds are comfortable. Breakfast buffet is exceptional for its variety and quality. Eggs cooked to order, ceviche, and much more! Wonderful! First room we were given had black mold on the ceiling (room 911). I called the desk and requested a room change twice but had to personally go down to the lobby to make it happen. After a long day of traveling it was not appreciated to have this issue not taken care of quickly. The room we were given then was definitely a step up with a much nicer view and more space which we did greatly appreciate. There is a small refrigerator in the room and a working safe. AC and fast WiFi as well. The location is convenient to restaurants and sightseeing in that area. There is tea in the lobby and sometimes cookies, too.

  We stayed here for 2 nights, very good location right next to the Park Seminarioa, convenient to nearby attractions and river boardwalk. The first night we got a very small bed, barely fits two people, but you would not sleep well. We requested for a king size bed room through our travel agency - so glad the hotel stepped in and moved us into a premium king size bed room with park view; we even watched the beautiful sunset from our windows. The breakfast is superb and is the best so far since we started Ecuador trip from September 17! Thanks.

  Great place to stay in Guayaquil. Breakfast is a plus. Use the gym and enjoy training.
