  Exclusivo, seguro, amplio y de gran categoría. Siempre ha mostrado excelente ornato y dedicación. Sus empleados muy amables y buscan atender al extremo a sus clientes. Parqueos amplios y numerosos. Que gran hotel!

  Súper bonito y elegante. No es lo más lujoso del mundo, pero cumple con todos los estándares para ser un buen hotel 5 estrellas. El trato de todo el personal es muy amable, tiene una linda piscina (aunque pequeña) y servicio de masajes. También puede usarse la cancha de Tennis, siempre y cuando lleves tu raqueta. Lo recomiendo!

  Stayed here on two separate occasions within the space of two weeks while in transit and really liked the hotel and the staff. Very courteous staff who did everything to make my stay enjoyable. Room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. I visited the Sports bar for both my evening meals and could not fault their food or service. Thanks for a memorable stay

  This became my home away from home for my week in Ecuador. I was so comfortable. The rooms were welcoming and everything was clean and neat. They have excellent food at the hotel and I ate breakfast there every morning. I spent time in the pool and the hotel is connected to a spa that was a fantastic way to decompress after time walking in the mountains and riding on bumpy buses all day. If I go back to Quito I can't imagine staying anywhere else.

  this place is fantastic. the hotel is modern and amazing. the staff was super friendly and the rooms are extremly clean. all the amenities we can think of are included in every room. we were also given a lovely view of the mountains. it is a very glamorous and luxurious hotel. i recommend a 5 star and to anyone coming here, to stay at this hotel.
