We sent a Power of Attorney from Madrid from the Consulate to my Mother, to open a Savings Account in Our name, the Power of Attorney to Guayawuil. What they called in 4 days MEMTIRA ... Now they approve the Opening but they ask her for a Receipt of Light or Water hahahaha, when she is only opening it to Our Name ...
