::It was a very bad experience, we made the appointment for 3:30 and the doctor arrived two hours later and my daughter was one week old. They don't have a nursing facility for the wait and the nurses and staff were not nice to us. This was over two years ago and we don't go back. The doctor Dr. Quiñones attended him for just five minutes and in a hurry. Fatal.

::Poor care in regard to respect for patients when it comes to scheduling appointments. For example if you schedule an appointment with even 1 or 2 days before 5:00 PM, the Doctor (in this case Dr. Ernesto Quiñones) attends 1 hour later (in the best case). This is a true lack of respect for patients who must wait even if they have arrived before or on time for the scheduled appointment!
