  We reserved 2 weeks ahead, put a $40 deposit, and called with plenty of notice to let them know that we would be there. They neglected to tell us the whole time, until we got there, that the matrimonial suite was not available despite all the steps we had taken. There's complete lack of professionalism, responsibility, courtesy, respect, and a blatant disregard for clients. We would not recommend this hotel to anyone, especially when you have traveled so far, you'd expect that they would at least have the decency to have let us know when we had called that there was an issue with the suite, which at this point we are sure those excuses were lies. Save yourself the hours of finding a hotel and the headache after all the travel you already spent to get there, and stay at the Santiago Compostella.

  They sold my room, we were at the hotel and the from desk person was rude and unprofessional. We booked our room 10 days before and the women just sold our room to other person.

  It is a good option if you are searching a cheap and nice place. Internet does not run in rooms ☹️

  Nice place but, for $50 the gratis breakfast could have been better!
