  Fabulous first impression on our visit to Ambato .. customer service is the best especially from Sonia! Comfortable room and a lot of tranquility to rest.

  Neat, tidy, although it would be great if they put the sterilizer they had at the entrance to work again

  Despite the pandemic, the hotel has gone to great lengths to provide excellent customer service. The only downside is that the parking lot is a couple of blocks away. Otherwise recommended.
