  This place is not worth the cost, really overpriced and besides what you pay to stay everything is extra and the service is not that great. I'm definitely not coming back here ever.

  Amazing hotel! Quiet location with breathing views, gorgeous property, beautiful room with heated floors overhanging of the volcano! What more could I ask for? :)

  Excellent views! Great service. Good food at the cafe. They just opened a full restaurant. The rooms are great! Semi-affordable depends on what packages you select but worth it. Better for couples... highly recommended!!!!

  Stunning stunning property and views. My family didn’t stay the night at the hotel because it’s $$$$. However, I have gone serval times to access the pools. The food is good up there and the cocktails are really fun and add to the experience. The service is also good (they give you robes 🕺🏽). 10/10

  This was an over-hyped and over-priced place for hot springs. The view was very nice but it's not like they had amazing facilities to make up for the $20 per person to access just 3 hot springs, all of which were pretty much the same temperature. Their dressing rooms were also not great and the cost doesn't cover flip flops. Would not go back.
