  Quito is my favorite city in the world, but I have to warn people about Reina Isabel Hotel. I booked four nights but only stayed 22 hours. I told the front desk three times the wifi did not work. I work online; no wifi, no work. They did not fix the problem. I called the front desk and told them I had to leave three days early because I could not work and that I expected a refund for those nights. The guy said, yes, come down and we will amend your stay. When I got down there and checked out, he told me they don’t give refunds. The manager (Jessica Fierro) decided later that I did not deserve a refund. She told me I only complained about the wifi once and called me a liar. Avoid Reina Isabel Hotel… stay at Le Parc Hotel instead!

  Nice lobby. Great security. Neighborhood is sketch. Book via expedia and save $$$.

  After having a horrible experience with Air B&B we came here and are so glad we did. We got a jacuzzi suite and life has been great. Breakfast came with the suite and the staff has made every effort to make us feel at home.
