  Having all listed wines available is not only a good idea, it's CRITICAL, as it's the first thing ordered, and its absence will affect the totality of the experience. Not only were some wines not available, a whole LOT of them weren't. And all white wine was gone, near the end of our meal. Servers don't need to yell at Gringos to be understood. Shellfish require competent cooking, to prepare them properly. Mussels shouldn't be dried-out and inedible. Clam-shells need to be open, when they are served. Calamari, while chewy, should not be as resistant as elastic bands. When a server is asked to provide three bills (for three parties) and returns with one, as one couple submits a credit card to pay, the experience ends as badly as it began. I understand that times are tough, employees come and go, but the above experience was completely preventable and is inexcusable. When I hear that a fundamental change has occurred, I'll consider returning.

  Overall great culinary experience. Unique Cuenca establishment with an Italian twist. Excellent service and attention. Quality dishes and ingredients. Average price point, so you will not break the bank for a dinner of 2 or 4. Definitely recommend 👌!!!

  Great pizza. Terrible service. Often times, in Latin America, it helps to have lighter skin.

  Que rico este lugar, me encanta su pizza! The pizza here is very tasty and the prices are good. They have a lot of choices for toppings if you want to personalize your pizza and if you don't want pizza there are many other options like pasta, salads, seafood, and more. The restaurant is very clean and the employees are really nice. If you are visiting Cuenca and don't speak Spanish, I don't know if the employees speak English or other languages, but they probably do and I know the menu is in English and Spanish. They also deliver which is a cool addition. My favorite menu item is the pizza personalizada.

  Very good pizza. We ordered a large pizza and we were shocked by the huge size. I would say they have the best pizza in Cuenca but we didn't try more than a handful of local pizza restaurants during our stay. Pizza is a mixed bag in Ecuador; it's great when they do it right.
