::This is one of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed in and I've stayed in the Burj Al Arab in Dubai. The staff are incredible, going above and beyond to help you at all times. The building is of the finest quality and very accurate of the time period. The attention to detail and premium feel is unparalleled in Cuenca and maybe even in Ecuador. This truly is a 5* hotel. It's very expensive for the local area. It may even be the most expensive in Cuenca, but it's worth every penny. The breakfast was a small letdown. The potatoes were dry and the eggs Benedict was a little disappointing. But that asside it was an amazing experience I'd love to repeat again some day.
