  Great hotel breakfast included. The people whom works there gave us a wonderful service. Rooms are very clean.

  Clean room and helpful staff. Just a 10 min taxi or ard 20 min walk from the bus terminal. Also has free luggage storage. So it is worth the price and a good place to stay in Cuenca!

  At check in we were shown a room near the entrance which would have been very noisy so we asked to change. They accommodated our request with no hassle or extra charge which was nice. The room was spacious and quiet. Shower was cold , but when we complained they fixed something and it was hot in 10 minutes. But....Internet in our room was weak. Not enough description of the room we booked I.e. That it was at the entrance, ground floor facing the street.

  I found the listing for this place on tripadvisor and am so glad! Diego the concierge was amazing. Our room was by the street so there was some noise (not recommended if you are a light sleeper) but it was great. High ceilings, comfy bed, cozy linens, large wardrobe, couch, satellite tv, small hot plate which was perfect for making coffee in the morning. Bathroom was nice. Had issues with the hot water at first but it was fixed quickly. They offer breakfast for $3. Good location, secure.
