  Paris Café is a good place to have a beer with friends and also to spent time while you are traveling or for a date. I lived in Cuenca for 1 year and loved the place.

  Very small place. Cuenca hasn't seemed to have a lot of hangout bars for us, especially during the weeknights we were here. Found this Paris spot and the owner was immediately friendly. He hand makes nice drinks and the prices are great. Short walk to the river too. I wish they opened a little earlier!
