  Enjoyed our stay, the staff was very helpful and attentive. Loved the decor and the ambience. We will most definitely return to this hotel when we are visiting Cuenca, Ecuador.

  Hotel itself is gorgeous and perfectly located. Staff is very nice, especially the lady with ginger-like hair who works the reception during the day. She was super helpful and professional. The place is traditional with an historical vibe, the interior courtyard is beautiful. Breakfast is delicious although the waiter was pretty confused all three days we spent there... Wifi is terrible, worst we had in Ecuador, but they are working on it. Our bathroom was not up to the hotel’s standing, but the hotel is old and that is what gives it such character.

  Very dated and need of a good refurbishment. Breakfast very limited, mainly egg or egg. Rooms small with some over looking car park. No air con in room. Staff not customer friendly.

  Historical place in a great location. Just one block from the main square. Good service, good bed.
